Samantha Pugliese

Samantha Pugliese is a Project Coordinator for Northwell’s Crisis Management Team. In this role, she is responsible for assisting senior Crisis Management Leadership in day-to-day business continuity and health system recovery efforts.

Prior to her role with the Crisis Management Team, Ms. Pugliese earned her B.S in Biological Studies from the University of Richmond in 2021, graduating summa cum laude. During her college career, she was a research assistant in the Jobe-Shields and Kochel Labs, where she investigated access to behavioral healthcare throughout Virginia.

Since graduating from her undergraduate college, Ms. Pugliese has served as an Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) for the Manhasset Lakeville Fire Department Ambulance Unit. She is now in the process of obtaining her Advanced Emergency Medical Technician Certification at the Nassau County Fire Police Academy.
